L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad, the company to build the grand and elevated public transport by way of rail project for the city which the work you might have seen which already been started at various prominent localities, in an attempt to bring it to closer to the people has made its decision to select and appoint  brand ambassadors from the among the general public.

L&TMRH (Larsen & Toubro Metro Rail Hyderabad) C.E.O. & M.D. Mr V. B. Gadgil said the selection of ambassadors would be done among from students of schools and colleges, corporates, senior citizens, housewives and others. The procedure of selection is under plan will be announced in a month and a panel of well known celebrities will monitor as panel judges to select them.

Being said so, why don’t we think it as obvious that we can chose citizens as brand ambassadors during the construction stage. We will be selecting 8 to 10 citizens and they will be highlighted in all the advertising and promotional campaigns”.

Another prominent initiative by L&TMRH in the upcoming month is to uncover the Bicyle rides namely “BLUE RIDE” “RED RIDE” and “GREEN RIDE” respectively. These initiative will be to popularize the usage of bicycles and connect it with metro rail. Bicycle riding will be carried out across all the 3 routes where the metro rail is being constructed. The Blue Ride is the first phase ride in which the “Hyderabad Metro Connects series” where numerous bicycle riders are anticipated to join in the Shilparamam to Nagole community ride on Feb 17, 6:30 a.m to 12 noon.

Later these Bicycle rides will be taken up on the “Red Ride” L.B. Nagar to Miyapur and the “Green Ride” – JBS to Falaknuma. These interesting aspect is being taken up in association with Atlanta Foundation, a voluntary organization working for the deprived students.

As the L&TMRH is into interesting phase of construction the initiative seems to be a good decision at the right place and at the right time. L&TMRH will be undertaking corporate socially accountable activities for the primary and secondary schools alongside the 3 routes.

Please note that the metro rail work is already initiated in Uppal, Miyapur, L.B. Nagar, Erragadda. Construction work will also begin soon on the Begumpet main road.

    HI am srinivas,completed my M.Sc-biotech and doing job with CELON LABS.2years experienced in Biotech R&D field. HMR is a huge project i think it will be great usefull to people by the time maintanance and no traffic zam and no polution. And L&T is a big company,and this company is already prooved in mumbai by construction of MMR. All the best and I hope full to success your great HMR project.
    I think this idea is very usefull or helpfull to our HMR and also the peoples in our city.
