West Indies batsman,Chris Gayle, announced on Sunday about his retirement from the ODIs.The Windies Cricket Board tweeted that the Windies batsman Chris Gayle would retire from One day Internationals after the ICC World Cup 2019 in England,Wales.
Gayle was last seen playing a One Day International against Bangladesh in July 2018. He ditched the tours to India and Bangladesh to play in the Afghanistan Premier League and the T20 league.
Chris Gayle has performed exceptionally well in his 19 year long career and believes that his fifth World Cup would be a perfect ending to it. His eyes are set on the World Cup trophy and he is all ready to grab it.
