Lalu Prasad Yadav Convicted In Fourth Scam

Lalu Prasad Yadav Fodder Scam Case – A Ranchi Court held Rastriya Janata Dal Party Chief, Lalu Prasad Yadav guilty, in the fourth fodder scam case. The case pertains to the misusing his position by fraudulently withdrawing of over Rs 3 crore from the Dumka Treasury when he was Bihar’s Chief Minister¬†over two decades ago.

It is to be noted that Lalu Yadav has already been convicted in three other fodder scam cases where in he was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in jail by a CBI special court in a fodder scam case relating to fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 89.27 lakh from the Deoghar Treasury 21 years ago and is currently serving his jail sentences.
